The Search DJ Competition was one of the most exciting DJ initiatives in the Australian DJ industry. Not only did it have the support of the best nightclubs in the world, it offered prizes unheard of and experiences that money just couldn't buy. 
Produced by Entertainment Embassy it's impressive partners included Space Ibiza, Cream Ibiza, Judgement Sundays (Ibiza), Space Ibiza Festival (NYD Sydney), Suckmusic, Freakshow Disco Productions, Kosmic Sound and Melbourne's leading underground nightclub Wah Wah.
With over 500+ DJs entering in Melbourne alone, The Search had sold out events and DJs receiving global branding and recognition even before hitting the finals!
The prize was one of the largest in the world for a DJ competition and included:
- Return flights to Ibiza + 6 nights accommodation and access to The Search's Ibiza partner nightclubs.
- $20,000 DJ promo pack.
- $4000 cash.
- DJ set at Space Ibiza Festival NYD in Sydney.
- Rotating residency at Wah Wah.
